I loved Deadpool and Wolverine, by far the best in the Deadpool franchise.
I think the reviewer didn't understand that Deadpool is a meta commentary on comics, with dick jokes; so the live adaptation should be a meta commentary on the films, with dick jokes.
Just because it has dick jokes and is meta doesn't mean it's a good movie.
