This suggestion is praxis but I'm not going to lie, I just wrote a mouse jiggler program using robotjs and use that.

Fair enough, though My work laptop doesnt allow running any program that isnt authorised, so £3 isn't a big deal if it lets me kick back for even half an hour, let alone entire shifts on slower days.
