Carrying menstrual products around as a ploy to get laid is creepy, no matter how you look at it.
"Does anyone around here have a tampon I can borrow?"

Heyyyyy I gots yer tampons lady. You wanna put em in yer vagina? I gots loaaaads a stuff heeeere.
It doesn't sound like a "ploy to get laid". More like a "ploy to be attractive". That's the main goal of almost all people under like 25.
This may shock and amaze you, but attractive people get laid more often.
Just carry useful items around with you, because that's a cool thing to do. If somebody else doesn't need the items, maybe you will. Keep a few granola bars in case somebody's having a sugar crash, etc.
This is like a 101-level lifehack.
