It's just like the COVID injecting bleach and light thing. He saw a sign about hospital cleaning protocols right before making a speech. Rather than plan a speech and have experts review it, he just said what sounded right in his head.

I relate this quite a bit, so maybe you've heard it. The bleach and UV thing was dumber than most know.

Can't find the whole video anymore, now they only show Trump speaking at the podium. But what came before is the real meat of the story.

Trump enters stage right to do a press briefing on COVID. He stops for a minute to examine a CDC infographic, gives a quick nod and mounts the stage.

Y'all. It was a poster about methods for disinfecting surfaces. This idiot scanned it and started spewing nonsense in an effort to look knowledgeable.

Yeah that's exactly what I was referring to! Imagine being the President of the United States, arguably the most powerful position in the world, and just winging it.

DonOLD is legitimately mentally unwell. The Weird Orange is a great example of why it's a bad idea to give power to a narcissist. Look at how many people followed 34's bad advice about hydroxychloroquine and died, either from COVID (because it's ineffective against COVID) or from malaria (because of the shortages his misinformation created and kept from people who actually needed it). People have already forgotten how bad things were with the Sleepy Rambler in charge.
