They're not inherently unhealthy lol. They can be great. Find you some therapists to follow on YouTube or something. The ones I've found inspired me to go back to school and become one myself:)

I'm not sure what about my comment made you think that's my opinion, but no, just taking some advice from a video obviously wouldn't meet the threshold. I'm talking finding creators you watch regularly and feel connected to while they have zero or very limited awareness to your existence. They shouldn't be the ONLY relationships you have, but they are natural and should be encouraged to the extent that they are healthy. Think of it like eating sweets. It's natural, part of our hardwiring to enjoy, but we want to be mindful of our consumption.
