I guess you aren't a native English speaker to understand the way it is used in the real world. If that's true, then my comment is unwarranted. But we both know that isn't true.

While the word régime originates as a synonym for any type of government, modern usage has given it a negative connotation, implying an authoritarian government or dictatorship.

Another attempt at bad faith misinformation. That's like your calling card. Carry on.
