When Donnie rode down the elevator, the crowd that cheered for him was a bunch of paid actors.

He lost his home town by 90% of the vote.

Even other rich people hate Donnie.

The tl, dr is that Trump brought a 5th Avenue landmark and promised to preserve it. Instead he tore it down and then claimed that it was an eyesore and everyone loved him for destroying it.
