2; If you hear gunshots, hit the fucking deck. Get low. Get lower than low. I'm talking sub-terranean. Wait for a break in the action, and get the fuck out of there. Pigs in this shit hole are armed to the teeth and notoriously poorly trained. They are a threat to your safety whenever they're around.

Yup. Classic example. If you look at a diagram of that shooting, they were also standing in each other's field of fire. Not only were they indiscriminately shooting at bystanders, but also each other. Anyone who has even a basic understanding of tactics knows not to do that.
