Palestinian prisoner and Hamas leader Hassan Salameh reveals shocking details of systematic abuse by zionist prison forces.
Salameh was severely beaten upon arrival at 'Ganot' prison, sustaining a head injury that bled for over two hours without medical attention. He reported that other isolated prisoners also suffered similar brutal assaults, particularly to the head.
Salameh, who participated in the First Intifada and became a leader in Hamas' military wing, was arrested in 1996 and sentenced to 48 life terms. "Israel" has consistently refused his release in prisoner exchange deals.
This new testimony comes amidst ongoing reports of repression, starvation, humiliation, and medical neglect in zionist prisons, with almost 11,000 prisons in zionist jails today.
🚨 Journalist Islam Al-Koumi has ascended to martyrdom in an IOF artillery shelling on Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City in the northern Gaza Strip.
Glory to the martyrs.
🚨 The Palestinian Center for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared revealed that Bisan Fayad’s family was handed a body with her clothes and ID in January 2024, only to later learn she is still alive in zionist prisons and paralyzed from a spinal injury.
This incident reveals the occupation’s tampering with bodies and handing them over without proper identification.
The Center condemned the incident as a double crime of enforced disappearance and deception, saying it reflects the plight of hundreds of Palestinian families. Dozens of Gazans are held without knowledge of their fate. The Center called on the international community to act urgently to uncover their fate.

🚨 A Palestinian leadership source to Al-Mayadeen: — Hamas and Palestinian resistance factions agreed to the proposal of the Egyptian and Qatari mediators.
The proposal stipulates a withdrawal of 1,000 meters deep in areas north and east of the Strip, with the exception of Shuja'iyya and Beit Lahia.
In exchange for 10 living captives, 140 Palestinian prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment and 60 sentenced to more than 15 years will be released.
The proposal stipulates amending the redeployment maps to the north and east.
Aid will be sent to the Gaza Strip immediately upon the agreement's entry into force, in intensive and coordinated quantities according to the January 19, 2025 agreement.
Aid includes fuel, water, electricity, rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and rubble removal equipment.
The United Nations, its agencies, the Red Crescent, and international organizations operating in Gaza are receiving and distributing aid.
The proposal stipulates opening the Rafah crossing in both directions according to the previous agreement.
For every "israeli" dead body, 10 Palestinian bodies are released.
The proposal stipulates the release of all children and women.
"Dress in your most elegant clothes, style your hair well, put on perfume, and smile for the photo, because you might be the next martyr.” - The martyr Nour Jarrar
Yesterday, August 16, marked the third martyrdom anniversary of four heroic resistance fighters who remained true to the path of the founder and commander, Jamil Al-Amouri. The sons of Jenin, Nour Jarrar, Raed Abu Seif, Saleh Ammar, and Amjad Al-Azmi ascended to martyrdom after the occupation forces stormed Jenin Camp and were met with fierce clashes by the resistance fighters.
The first martyr, Nour Jarrar was always active in the life of resistance. He was always present in community events and funeral processions for the martyrs, he eventually joined the Saraya Al-Quds brigade to continue the path towards liberation. Throughout his life, he was repeatedly arrested by the Palestinian Authority. When Nour was just 14 years old, the PA arrested him after he attempted to carry out a stabbing operation at the Jalameh checkpoint. Later in his life, he was arrested by the occupation forces; after his release from the occupation's prison, he quickly saved up money just to purchase a rifle and return to his life of resistance. Nour embodied himself as one of the first fighters in Jenin Camp to rise on the path of Al-Amouri. In response to this, the occupation forces would threaten him and his family to give up his resistance activities. After the martyrdom of Jamil Al-Amouri, the Palestinian Authority offered him to hand over his weapon in exchange for a pardon. However, Nour paid no attention to these negotiations and cowardly tactics, Nour decided to remain on the path of Al-Amouri and to never surrender himself, honoring the phrase "Victory or Martyrdom."
The second martyr, Nour's close companion, Amjad Al-Azmi, was also a resistance fighter. Amjad and Nour would do everything together, from traveling to resisting. With secrecy, Nour would help Amjad in manufacturing and gathering explosive devices. Amjad was martyred while attempting to save the life of the fighter Nour Jarrar, who was shot by a zionist sniper. When Amjad reached Nour, he was shot by the occupation forces, ascending as a martyr on the battlefield beside his comrade, Nour Jarrar.
The third martyr, Raed Abu Seif sought martyrdom and by the will of God, he was honored with it.
The last martyr, Saleh Ammar, ascended to martyrdom after confrontations with the invading occupation forces in his neighborhood.
The mother of the martyr Nour Jarrar says that Nour's wish was to visit and eat breakfast in Al-Quds and pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and on August 16th, he rose as a martyr on the road to Al-Quds. Today, the bodies of the two companions and resistance fighters, Nour Jarrar and Amjad Al-Azmi remain detained by the occupation forces, preventing them from having a proper burial.
Glory to the martyrs.
🇳🇴 Norway's Sovereign Wealth Fund sells its shares in 11 "israeli" companies after revelations of investments in an "israeli" aircraft engine manufacturer.
Norway's Finance Minister states the fund should not invest in companies contributing to the occupation of the West Bank and the war in Gaza, with an expectation further measures regarding investments in "israel."
In May, the Norwegian Trade Unions voted by a margin of 88% to boycott companies from the zionists entity and prohibit dealing with them, and Norway announced recognition of the State of Palestine weeks later.
Palestinian factions and groups condemned the strike on the Al-Jazeera journalist tent today at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, which resulted in the martyrdom of 7, including 5 journalists, among them Anas Al-Sharif and Mohammed Quraiqe and several photographers and cameramen. They universally decried the targeting and labeled it as a crime intended to silence the truth and conceal planned escalation.
🟢 Hamas condemned the brutal crime that "exceeds all boundaries of fascism and criminality" and mourned the journalists, who join a list of 260 journalists killed by the "Nazi occupation army in the widest targeting of journalists the world has ever witnessed." They highlighted that Anas and Mohammed received direct, repeated threats from the IOF beforehand. Hamas warned that assassinating journalists is a prelude to a "major crime the occupation plans to commit in Gaza City" by silencing its media voice to carry out massacres far from the world's eyes. It called on the UN Security Council and journalists worldwide to condemn the crime and take immediate action.
⚫️ The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine (PIJ) described the deliberate targeting as a "heinous war crime" committed by the "most brutal and criminal army in the world." The PIJ warned the international community that the attack confirms the occupation is "preparing the stage for its upcoming crimes" by eliminating the journalists who expose them. The movement asserted that this escalation proves the occupation's rejection of all efforts to reach a ceasefire and prisoner exchange deal, holding Arab and Western governments responsible for failing to stop these atrocities.
🔴 The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine stated that the attack confirms "truth is a direct enemy of the occupation" and called it a full-fledged war crime. The PFLP views the assassination as a "dangerous indicator of the occupation's intention to commit the most heinous crimes in Gaza" after eliminating media coverage. It highlighted the hypocrisy of the occupation claiming to allow foreign press into Gaza while its "blood-soaked hands" executes a local press crew whose only weapon was a "microphone and a camera." The Front declared that international silence on such crimes constitutes a "partnership in the crime" and called on international press unions and human rights organizations to pursue accountability in international courts.
⚔️ The Popular Resistance Committees in Palestine (PRC) eulogized the journalists, calling Anas al-Sharif an "icon of Palestine" whose "work exposed the zionist holocaust." The Committees stated that the assassination exposes the lie of Netanyahu's propaganda and proves the "zionist entity fears the word, the image, the camera, and the pen." Pledging to continue on the path of the martyrs, the PRC affirmed that their struggle will continue until the "entity of murder, fascism, and zionist crime" is removed entirely.
🟨 Fatah al-Intifada mourned the "martyrs of truth," stating that the targeting of journalists is a "blatant violation of human rights and freedom of the press." The movement asserted that the primary goal of such attacks is to "blind the world to the crimes" and assassinate the witnesses documenting the "genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza." It called for international protection for media workers to ensure they can perform their duties in safety.
📝 The Palestinian Journalists Protection Center (PJPC) strongly condemned the heinous crime, noting that the assassination of Al Jazeera's correspondents came after months of "israeli" incitement against them. The Center called for an "independent and transparent international investigation" into the continuous targeting of journalists in Gaza to ensure accountability and an end to the "policy of impunity." It also demanded the international community provide "immediate and effective protection for Palestinian journalists."
Italian Genoa port workers have intercepted the Saudi ship "Bahri Yanbu," which was loaded with weapons for the zionists entity, imposing a blockade on its passage.
The Saudi ship arrived from America to load military equipment, but Genoa port workers discovered it was already carrying weapons and ammunition destined for "israel."
Approximately 40 Genoa port workers boarded the "Bahri Yanbu" to document the shipment, despite attempts to obstruct their access.
The Genoa Port Authority has pledged to discuss establishing a "permanent observatory for arms smuggling" following the workers' blockade. The Italian Genoa port workers declared, "we do not work for war," and confirmed they had intercepted a similar arms shipment on the same Saudi ship in 2019.
José Nevado, leader of the "Independent Port Workers' Assembly," warned that handling such shipments makes workers complicit in war crimes and genocide in Gaza.
🇵🇸 Palestinian Resistance Factions: — In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Regarding the leaked information circulating about the enemy government's intention to decide on the full occupation of the Gaza Strip, and the statements of the criminal Netanyahu regarding imposing military control over the Strip, we, the resistance factions, affirm the following:
First: These statements and leaks reveal the enemy's political and field impotence, after two years of dismal failure in achieving its goals, despite committing massacres and crimes and relying on unlimited support from global colonial powers.
Second: The threat of a full military occupation of Gaza is a declaration of genocidal intentions and a desperate attempt to subjugate our people and their resistance. These intentions will not pass without a heavy price, and the field will be the decider, as it always has been.
Third: Gaza is not a vacant geographical area looking for someone to fill it; rather, it is a land saturated with the blood of martyrs and the strength of mujahideen. Any attempt at direct occupation will be a new quagmire that burns whoever penetrates it, and the resistance will enter a phase of more severe and painful confrontation for this enemy.
Fourth: Netanyahu is trying to cover up his political and military defeat by marketing illusions of control. We tell him clearly: Gaza will not be managed from Tel Aviv, nor from any foreign capital, but by the will of its resisting people.
Fifth: The Palestinian resistance, with all its factions, is united in the field of confrontation, and any occupation decision will send it back from where it came, defeated and broken, as always. The enemy is deluded if it thinks it will free its prisoners from the grip of the resistance by military force. We affirm that its prisoners will only be released through negotiations and at heavy prices.
"And those who have wronged are going to know to what kind of return they will be returned."

🟢 Hamas calls for escalation of global public activities this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday against the genocide, siege, and starvation.
Hamas urged continued public pressure in all cities and capitals, including protests in front of zionist and US embassies, to demand the opening of crossings and immediate entry of humanitarian aid.
They appreciated the global movement and stated it must continue and escalate until the siege is lifted and the aggression on the Gaza Strip stops.
