Theoretically, team-building exercise can be great. They can be an opportunity to handle relational problems, create meningful connection between workers and they can be a good starting point to bring relevant issue bottom-up.

Still, they can and are mostly used in a bad way, to enforce stupid or anti-worker (or anti-union) culture and so on.

I would rather that with wfh, than none but I have to go in to the office
