There are so many reasons I hate this comic I had to make a separate comment.

Literally all that had to be done to make this comic 10 times less terrible was to point out the millions of other unnatural things about humans instead.

Medically transitioning people are very unnatural. I'm injecting hormones weekly and altering my biochemistry at a fundamental level. That's more unnatural than physical implants. It's easy for any transphobe to pick apart this comic by arguing about the levels or type of unnaturalness.
I couldn't bother to write more than 2.
- It normalizes bullying people for their appearance, which is especially harmful to trans people, ironically.
