Obama, Trump, and Biden have made it useless by blocking judge appointments so that it now cannot make rulings on disputes.

This is the "international rules based order" btw.

Idk what kind of psychological lobotomy capital supporters have that they think "international rules based order" has ever or will ever be a legitimate thing. I hate the phrase so much.

WTO has voting proportional to how much countries have "bought in" or something, with 75% needed for most decisions. Since it's creation USA has held more than 25% of the voting share.

So yeah.
