What's the matter, has he run through competent lawyers who are willing to defend him?
Probably. He appointed them all to positions in the government.

So if Trump continues to use the US government as one of his businesses does that mean it will end up like most of them? Bankrupt?

The 'best' part is that when Dems get to power, they'll need to tax to fill the pit and tve MAGA GQP can start their propaganda anew
The simple solution, and thus the one that won't even be considered, is to tax the rich and fund the IRS to actually enforce those cases instead of low hanging fruit. Reinstituting the 90% top tax bracket with no exceptions and it fills a lot of that gap immediately.
Except that mainline establishment Democrats are just as beholden to the 1% as the Republicans.
