and like the other person has mentioned, Mastodon clients support Pixelfed accounts as well. Fedilab even offers an optional image-centric layout.

MODERATORS
There is also Fedilab (it's availabe on F-Droid). It combines all your Fediverse accounts and presents you feeds for each of them that you can switch to. Although - the pixelfed feed has a bug at the moment resulting in crashes which is already fixed but not yet released - just be warned.
There is a proprietary beta App, & some third party apps, that work with Pixelfed.. Also Megalodon & Moshidon (mastodon aps) seem to work quite well with Pixelfed.
