TBH lots of people think about calling it that.
I saw some similar puns tbh, but I didn't see "Xcrement" yet. On the other hand I've most likely only seen a glimpse of what people came up with...
Also it is weirdly accurate description of 80% of content there.
The name "Twitter" isn't much better. In my head, I call users "Twits" if I'm being kind, and something else less polite if they deserve it.
I still think Kisses. (the whole XOXO hugs and kisses thing).
Mainly because Elon is homophobic and would hate the fact that his new platform is just a bunch of people kissing each other.
