None of those things are intrinsically synonymous with good.

No, but the reviews seem to be overall positive. Common complaints seem to be about the pacing, but the actors and fight scenes are winning praise, and it seems to be grounded for an MCU project, and respectful of her Choctaw heritage. Those are all the biggest pitfalls in my mind, where they went wrong with Iron Fist or Captain Falcon or Hawkeye.

Hawkeye was a pretty solid show, though. The pace was levelled well and it was more compact storytelling than the appealing but imbalanced Vandavision, Loki 1, Miss Marvel and Moon knight (and those are the MCU shows I found to be worth watching).

I liked Hawkeye overall, but the climactic fight scenes were a bit of a letdown.

I saw it with a kid - it worked great for them.

God(dess), I am so sick of dark and gritty. I was so hopeful that Empire (Apple) and Ted Lasso were harbingers that we'd finally turned a corner after literal decades of dark and gritty, but apparently not. If only the Empire story-writing hadn't sucked quite so many donkey balls, maybe it'd been more emulated.

The corpses of Cyberpunk and grunge have been beaten so much, I'm no longer able to unable to enjoy any dark & gritty, no matter how good.

But, apparently, it still sells. I guess as long as there are angsty teen-agers, there will always be a market for angsty shows.

I’m hopeful that it will have some elements from the great David Mack comics where the character made her debut. That story was fantastic. I’m not expecting peak entertainment but a solid gritty show with good acting would somewhat restore my hope for MCU tv moving forward and hopefully bode well for the next Daredevil show. If Andor can succeed for Star Wars, mature shows can succeed for Marvel if creatives have enough leash.

Looks like an inline 4 with a radiator so yea, no way that’s a RE thumper.

I have no idea what it is though.

An inline 4 with 2 exhaust pipes ...? That would make it pretty unique.

The engine is definitely a Royal Enfield 650 with some extra stuff stuck to it.

With you, I missed the headers, also looking along the tail under the pillion that looks just like the GT.

The tank, gauge counters, and rear suspension look exactly like my CGT's as well.

Well, except that this is a gorgeous fucking build. That thumbnail makes me want to watch the show and I haven't followed the MCU since Endgame.
