Didn’t it trigger Inscribed Power in the past? Without that this skill becomes somewhat useless.

Yeah I’ve had the same question since the last update. It’s not that the skill is worthless, but it went from overpowered to simply not worth it.

I think if horn of plenty triggers food talents the book should trigger scroll talents.

+1, these should be consistent

Thats what I thought too. I remember I dumped all my scrolls into it on a 9 challenge run and then it didn't even work. I was pretty ticked off.

Maybe it depends on the mod you're playing. I think nowadays Shattered is the most popular. It's at least the one I'm always playing and that only does scroll effects.

It's nice to gamble for scrolls, like Prismatic Image or Divination. And when it's on level ten I transform it to something more useful.

I’m talking about Shattered, I never really played vanilla, because it was too hard and I hate when stuff wears down.

I remember that I always skilled that skill when found that book. Though I keep it, it’s quite useful for my warlock. Prismatic image and recharging my wands and artifacts are nice. Recharging artifacts is especially nice for artifacts that only charge with XP.
