Dip it in good olive oil - it's now even better.
Throw in a little sweet chilli aioli or something to dip it in and I'd be happy with that, it looks like a pretty satisfying crust.
I would eat this.
We have a saying down here about a person that "takes their half out of the middle.". Perfect visual of that turn of phrase.
