Recipe please?
Not OP, but I liked Babish's version:
This is definitely something I'm going to make this week.
Thanks for sharing!
Ooh! I'll try this one too! Thanks so much!
Also not OP, but definitely check out Serious Eats' recipe - it's a good one.
Thanks! Will definitely try sometime soon!
Boil the pasta (whichever kind you prefer, I prefer spaghetti) for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package.
drain and put the pasta aside and some pasta water
Fry some garlic in salted butter
Add some lemon zest
Add the pasta, lots of parmesan cheese and the pasta water
Add the lemon juice
More parmesan cheese
And to finish plate it and add some basilic.
Enjoy!

“Much more than the sum of it’s parts.”
I LOVE simple dishes like this. They’re beautiful, flavourful, and delightful. Thanks for sharing.
You should check out Pasta Aglio e Olio then. Pretty simple and fast and tastes really good aswell.
Yes! This is just about my fave thing ever.
It looks exquisite, a few simple flavors. This is real Italian cuisine! 😋
Pasta al limone is my new favourite pasta to have during hot summer days. I recommend making salt preserved lemons and using them to make it, like in this video's second recipe.
Wow I better start now if I want it before summer ends!
Looks solid. Definitely adding this to my list of recipes to make.
This looks lovely, I hope you have a nice meal this evening :-)
It’s 1am, and I’m seriously considering making this for breakfast now. It’s worth breaking some breakfast food conventions for this
