I’ve just came from using a Google pixel that’s lasted me for 5 years before the battery died and since then I’ve gotten a Motorola edge one year in and the screen cracked in half while it was sitting on a table as I was watching YouTube then I got a Motorola edge and while I was at work I put my phone in my pocket for a second and there’s a crack on the edge of my screen do I just have really rotten luck or are Motorola’s prone to braking

Had a moto g7 for 2 years, and no matter how many times I (accidentally) dropped the damn thing, the screen would not break.

My g7 power is around 4 years old, and going strong with no issues. I've dropped this phone many times.

Moto G Stylus (2021) user with no screen problems here. My only gripes is Motorolas shitty update policies and lack of custom rom support. Guess I can’t complain for a sub-$200 phone.

Moto one 5g ace for 2 years no cracks. But my charging port is dying so i will be replacing it really really soon. Like maybe tomorrow or latest next month soon.

My three teenage kids all have Motorolas and none have had any problems like this.

The Edge model is known for this. Not the others, fortunately
