The Nazi German have this same propaganda tricks where they lied that the starved state of Jews are their natural state. The European colonizers did force Africans to display degrading monkey acts in human zoos or claim that the inability to comprehend the dialects of European immigrants in the USA is a prove of lack of intelligence in their fake scientific racism. There is also the planned starvation and planned chemical attacks against African Americans and native Americans to erode their childhood brain development.
