Does anyone else find "Giggle" to be a sexist and infantalising name for a woman's only app?
I feel that bad vibe from it, too.
It's a bit like when I see "fren" said in the internet wild: some people just say it without thinking about it and not even knowing where it started, but it's fucking sus to me.

I don’t see giggling as feminine and thus childish, I see giggling as childish full stop, no connection to femininity, which is why I think it’s weird that they conflate women and giggling

The founder was working in hollywood and moved back to au after years of sexual discrimination and harrassment, only to project all those big feelings onto transpeople.
