I’m more pissed that I sat in line for five hours then when I had the tickets in my basket the site crapped out and I got kicked.

Ticketmaster fees and charges are one thing.

But if someone is willing to pay 400+ dollars for a seat at a concert, Shouldn't they be able to do that over someone that just wants a cheap seat?
