I can't recall being TKed as much as I ever was yesterday. The radius on the Orbital Napalm is ridiculous. Even with servo-assisted armor, you can chuck it as far as you can and still be in range.
I love it!
You can throw about 50 to 60 meters without servo assist, 75 to 80 with ... That's more that enough to be outside the blast radius
Used it multiple times and watched from where I chucked it without being too close to any of it, and I was using the flame resistant armor
I think the throw distances are 44m without and 66m with servo assist. Elevation obviously makes a big difference too.
I'm pretty sure I can reach 50 and 70 on average, on level ground
Same... 45 degree upward angle, hold right click, move forward as you throw, you'll get consistently good throws
