She argued that the “real lesson” from German history should be that Germans "have a special responsibility to stand up for freedom and to take risks in doing so.”

Risks such as killing the journalists reporting on the war crimes since they make Israel seem bad. How is this lady still employed?

I hate this psychopathic, racist, lying, white supremacist shitbag.

I think she's also involved with the Canadian "Victims of Communism" memorial, which is trying to get a bunch of names of Nazi collaborators put up on display near Canada's federal government buildings.

Giving the peace price to a warhawk, an utter disgrace.

This is why violence is the only way against these types

So if I understand this correctly, war is peace.

I only vaguely recognized the name and knew nothing about her. Ghoulish resume.

She has worked at The Economist and The Spectator, and was a member of the editorial board of The Washington Post (2002–2006). Applebaum won the Pulitzer Prize for General Non-Fiction in 2004 for Gulag: A History published the previous year. She is a staff writer for The Atlantic and a senior fellow at The Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

She also peddles the Holodomor conspiracy theory and wrote a book on it called "Red Famine: Soviet Attack on Ukraine" or something lile that.

The most hilarious thing is Mark Tauger's takedown of that book (Red Famine: Stalin's War on Ukraine). All he does is read a couple sentences or paragraphs further in her own sources to completely obliterate her fascist arguments.

She's also wife of Radosław Sikorski, Polish foreign minister who is important person in keeping Poland as the attack dog of US empire.

Is he the one who thanked the US for blowing up Nordstream II?

Yes, and it wasn't even his first moment of honesty, i remember he also blurted out in public how Poland is puppet of US at least once, and also revealed possibly massive but very quickly and throroughly squished corruption affair in his own party. He's immovable though because he's tightly connected to the atlanticist imperialism net so nobody in Poland would dare to attack him even though they would probably want to.

She's a reich-wing nutjob who deserves to be hanged upside down and beaten the shit out of with bats with nail spikes.

Her writing career has been almost entirely devoted to beating a dead horse: the Soviet Union.

[–] cayde6ml@lemmygrad.ml 10 points 3 weeks ago

I look forward to when the supposedly dead horse rears up and kicks her goddamn teeth in.

Everyone who's earned a Nobel peace prize deserves to go through Nuremberg trials
