I really thought The answer to the "Romeo" question was going to be And but still peeked because I could not figure the connection between 'randum' and 'memo'. "One of six" just stumped me completely, I don't like these meta clues. Also IMO the memorable part of a song is the Chorus but there's no Captain Chorus so. This BC had my deepest dive into a multi-hint so far

pulling "hen" our of "Henchman", deducing it is the "Rooster" companion, and thus that the answer to the first was "rule the roost", an expression I never heard before. A similar thing happened with "nose", with me knowing that the last one was going to be "load" and the middle "brow". No idea what "A pop each" or any of the Diets were, though
