Anki is amazing, but it's not self hosted without some effort.

Yeah, yeast doubling rate is around 90 mins in optimal conditions, I would assume the rest of the microbes in your gut would have a very similar rate and they would be well adapted to those conditions.

We have to let the screams die out. If you throw too many billionaires in too quickly the sharks don't eat them and they just drown and then it's the crab and the snails and other small critters that eat, and while that's nice for the ecosystem, it's not nearly as entertaining.
If it takes you an hour to get out of bed, so be it. I like to go to bed early (I'm old) that way it feels like I've slept in every day.
ADHD sucks. It's a pain in the ass to get my meds, the meds help, but I still have good days and bad days. I don't think it's nearly as debilitating as a crushed hand, I don't even put it on the same level as depression. That said everyone has a different toolbox for their issues, and some people are better equipped than others.

There's nothing nefarious happening here. OP is just backing up everything OneDrive asks them about. This happened with my Telegram images and I had a bunch of memes get backed up.
That seems pretty straightforward if you have experience with that stuff, I don't have that experience.
