I ran a half marathon at the end of September and then complained to my friends how running has ruined my summer and taken over my life. I grew pretty sick of it. So, now that that's out of my system,I feel refreshed and I laced up and ran 4mi over lunch earlier this week and it was wayyyy harder than it should have been hahaha!
