Symphonium is great. And it's a lifetime license for a relatively low fee. I don't think you will get buyer remorse.

Proxmox Home lab with a NAS, and a jellyfin server. Wireguard to access remotely. Symphonium for android. All local, but now multiple devices can access your library. Added bonus of not needing an apple product.

The only outdoor camera I have is an Amcrest AD110 doorbell camera and it is ok. Has some network connectivity issues occasionally but a restart seems to fix them. I plan on eventually getting some Amcrest IP8M-T2599EW when my budget allows.

As far as indoor cameras I use 4332027115 and they work very well. Both the AD110 and my indoor cameras are in blue iris and home assistant.

To be fair, if it costs 80b in 10 years and has only been implemented for 2 years, then it only cost 16b to recover 1b.
