I know that they're currently working on unionizing other marginalized employees across the country (like adjunct faculty). I'm sure there are resources on their website.

I have a lab Ruby in my engagement ring and then lab diamonds around it. The lab Ruby is a good alternative because it's a hard stone! Sapphires and alexandrite are also just as hard and could be good stones in a ring you'd wear everyday.

People laugh when I tell them this but it's definitely Muppet Treasure Island. I love the muppets, I love the music, I love pirate movies, and Tim Curry. I could have just said Tim Curry and I feel like that would have been enough but it's really every aspect of the movie. It's PERFECT.
