One day, out of the blue, I thought: "I should follow that guy who created Javascript". A few weeks go by and soon I'm wondering "why the hell are there so many antivax posts on my timeline?"

Was quite a surprise seeing that he was all in on the antivax stuff. I then unfollowed him and haven't used any of his products since.

I recently replaced windows by Bazzite and I'm really impressed by how smooth everything is. I'm even considering replacing my work distro with it as well, because I don't remember ever having such a good experience with any other Linux distro before.

You're right that the e2ee part is only about protecting the data while in transit, but that is because it's the hardest part. Apps can also store the data in an encrypted format so that other apps won't be able to read it.
