He's criticizing a different substack article, insisting that his carefully selected quote isn't leaving anything important out. He immediately just straight up lies about what's in the rest of the article. Soon after, he cites one study, using two charts from it and conveniently neglecting to mention that the rest of the study he's leaving out refutes his argument.
