Same boat here. Recently prescribed the vyvase? One and it’s been a total game changer.

But legit would drink coffee before bed to sort of “focus” on sleeping lmao. Was “dialing it back” and still at 4-5 cups a day prior to meds. Now just have a single cup around 1 pm.

A bit sad about it - I love the flavor of coffee. And energy drinks. But at the same time 3 hours after first dose everything in my mind became so much less “aggressive” like my executive wasn’t being pulled. And I could push it.

Yeah and I wasn’t sure what it mean on account creation to commit to a server fully. I ended up getting a lot of supportive comments when I did ask.

Yeah am a cis dude - and have been peppering my friends groups with clear and concise factual data around the issues and it still doesn’t matter so I sadly think the issue is deeper.

I try to present intersex and gonadal disgenesis in a manner that directly conflicts with the executive order (2 Immutable Biologies) and then ask them who should decide for those folks specifically, the government? I then explain that’s just the “visual tip of the iceberg” and everyone else is below the waters surface with unique hormones / psychologies / biologies and neurochemistry.

The thing is - even in clear scenarios I provide - they still resist or hate. I’ve been pretty disenchanted / disappointed with folks I used to value lately.

My wife doesn’t love multi day backpacking. But she loves the glimpse of how I am and how we are - during that time.

Our priorities - Stay warm, stay dry, fetch and purify water, hike the right distances to get out with food in hand, packing and unpacking our gear, avoid dangerous wildlife, cook, sleep.

When every day that’s your goal state it’s super simple - stress is actually just a response to things that might kill you again. And not 20 steps away from it. “I might perform poorly, my clothes might not be appropriate for the job, I’m running 3 minutes behind - which may cost me my job, which could be long term, and financially we won’t recover, and then we might lose the house or starve”. Up against “I need water and dry clothes”.
