Nah, base 10 is superior than base 10. Atleast base 10 isn't base 10

Honestly this part of the XKCD meme never sat right with me. No self respecting emacs person would ever bind a command to C-x M-c

Meta after Ctrl rubs me the same way languages that use Subject Object Verb order do.

Like, you can do it, but it feels icky.

Also, you've gone to the trouble of creating a 'butterfly' key. Just use that.

They're mimicking someone who's trying to say the word dictionary but ironically lacks the diction to articulate it and instead says 'wordbook'

It is humorous because of the implication that extreme right wingers ala Fox news and it's viewers are illiterate hillbillies. They're not. They're just insane.

Hey Andy!

I will buy one of your 3x5 dactyl manuform builds if I'm ever in the US! Love your work

I made a material you theme for emacs that uses this rust utility called matugen to make a generated theme.

It’s not quite ready for humans to use yet….

Hey!

So I work in the corporate office for an industrial manufacturing company. Our main operations site works 6 days a week.

I’m trying to put together a proposal for management to convince them to bring it down to a 5 day work week at minimum.

I have talked to them ad-nauseam about the intangible benefits, but now I need to point to something concrete.

I would love some resources highlighting with evidence the effects to things like productivity, mental health, attrition, and even the bottom line if possible.

Thanks a bunch! and fuck Reddit I guess?! Skye
