Honestly, if you wait long enough, everything is. Even heavy chemical elements decay and split and break and eventually you get back to a proton and an electron (hydrogen)

It used to be true when farmers represented 10% of the working force. They barely represent 2% now.

Farming unions have lost their power in France.

This is a different issue altogether I believe. Potentially lobbying from major winemakers close to the Elysée
