It's a problem about minimizing the side length of the outer rectangle in order to fit rectangles of side length 1 into it.

It's somehow the most efficient way for 17 rectangles because math.

These are the solutions for the numbers next to 17:

Exactly. This ain't 2003.

keep in mind modern 4ghz processors can make calculation in the time light moves about 6 inches,

Sounds made up (and I won't believe such witchcraft marketing claims) - but thanks anyway!

The fast ones are Kheybar Shekan, so match 5

Thank you!

How do you control warhead detonation at such a speed? That's like 1 mile per second. Is that radar-controlled airburst or something? I cannot imagine a traditional electro-mechanical fuze working at such speeds?

Most ballistic re-entry vehicles are not hypersonic while travelling though the lower layers of the earth's atmosphere, aerodynamic drag is a big issue.

I already knew that - read all your posts!

I'd specifically like to know more about the difference between those "slow" missiles and the much faster yet fewer impacts we've seen over those past two nights. This didn't appear to happen back in October 2024 either, right?

where are you guys watching this stuff, when you say "I saw almost no interceptor launches"

If you need an X source, LordBebo is super fast and usually has ALL the videos.

WARNING- it's probably a Russian disinfo op, and they go very hard against things they consider "woke". You know, a lot of misoginy, transphobia etc. - I won't link it.

Thanks. I've been wondering about that for a while now.

Can you tell us anything about speed? It's apparent that most missiles appear kind of slow, and then a few are like 3/4x faster. Are those truly hypersonics? With an active rocket motor maybe? How fast are those?
