At this point I think even if he's proven in court a traitor he would still get votes. No matter the outcome this election year, the country is going to be in a crazy amount of turmoil

Fucking this, I hate having to come into work and coworkers are all coughing and sneezing with "just a cold". Have we learned nothing!?

I installed mine during COVID lockdowns - wife got one as a gift for baby shower and we never used it but 2 years later I broke it out during the dark times for toilet paper and it saved our ass, literally. Definitely the best improvement ever, yet some people do feel weird about them, like middle schooler homophobia or some shit

Pretty sure English class is for daily life, so we don't revert to grunting cave people. This sentiment is what fuels poor Grammer, and it doesn't really take too much brain power to write/say things correctly

Those are shit mechanics who are just trying to steal as much money as they can. I would avoid them and call them out whenever possible. I've had some good mechanics who go out of their way to save you time and some who have actually helped without charging extra. Not to say it's required but the stigma of bad mechanics has ended up being the way it is by having people oblivious to what happens under their car's hood.

The first season of telltale the walking dead. The ending with Lee and Clementine had my newly Dad self crying.

You realize how some people never grow up and some people never mature. I see these as two separate entities. Having an inner child is one thing, but being completely disrespectful to others like a 5 y/o as a grown person is something else entirely

It sounds like what the picture is making fun of, already materialized in this kagi search engine. Paying for a search just is a about face from what the Internet was designed to be. You could argue everything is this way, but I'd then argue consumers are bigger pushovers now.

"we help in thoughts and prayers, not dollars and cents" - GOP and Supreme Court probably

Not sure if this is sarcasm but I'm pretty sure I'm only motivated by a good raise and not cheesy "company culture". Especially since the price everything is up so much, a 25$ gift card which pays for maybe 1.94 cups of coffee is not going to make a difference

Wouldn't this just be the default android safety feature that disabled data transfer via cable by default now? You need to enable it each time, and I know testing my phone on Android 13, it prompts me when I plug into my PC via push notification, maybe lineage doesn't do that

I'd say so, I was using liftoff and it just didn't work as seamless as this beta does so it makes me want to use it more 🤷‍♂️

We all know that reddit has a treasure trove of information, and moving off has been a challenge in my day-to-day work because there is so many links from Google searches that send you right to reddit. Found about this great project working to archive the information out.
