This is a trick right?. Many of these states that they say have no grocery sales tax actually have a local tax on groceries. North Carolina for example has no statewide tax but has a uniform 2% local grocery tax.

No being dumb at all. I forgot puntuation and ruined the meaning. In my experience TCL is a good brand.

That looks like a very good option, at least on paper.

I looked myself and couldn't find any written reviews but I did find a users comparison to an Asus OLED. https://www.reddit.com/r/Monitors/comments/1ivvs7s/mini_led_is_better_than_oled_tcl_27r83u_and_asus/

I also found a Youtube review.

As a brand I like TCL. I would be willing to give it a shot.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this.

Let me answer in bullets:

Color - Out of the box my unit tested 96% sRGB and a little tweaking got it to 99.7%.

Inputs - I personally have not experienced any issue on DP or HDMI. USB C from my Ally can sometimes fail to fill the display. I think that is more a glitch from the Ally side. Never seen image retention in HDMI. I always game with HDR on and if it was going to retain the image that level of brightness would trigger it I believe.

Lighting - In SDR brightness is what I expect from a mini Led monitor. Bright and crisp but not retina burning.
HDR is another beast entirely. For my eyes it wakes everything up and really shows what 4K can look like. Retina burning brightness with very little to no contrast loss. It does introduce a small amount of light bleed but that is only noticable in specific circumstances. A black screen with a single bright image or large letters will have some bloom.

Viewing angles are very good but not perfect. Somewhere near the 70 degree mark. Better with HDR vs SDR.

Blacks - This was important to me. I like inky black. That's the very reason I will not buy a VN panel. To gray for me. It's the reason my living room TV is still a plasma.
I found the blacks on my panel to be a bit gray at first but the panel seems to need breaking in as blacks are near perfect for me now.

My panel had the newer firmware at the time I purchased it which is more than likely the reason I have had a better experience than some others.

As far as other panels. I shopped for several months and narrowed it down to this or a Gigabyte. This unit seemed far superior.

Hope this helps.

Haven't experienced any of that but I did read other peoples experiences mentioning it. Apparently if you bought one after Jan/Feb of 24 it came with new firmware that ironed out the quirks. If you have one from before that their support can provide the firmware update.

INNOCN 27M2V https://innocn.com/products/innocn-27-4k-mini-led-monitor-27m2v

According to Rtings it was middle of the road for 4K gaming monitors when I was shopping a year ago. Picked one up from Innocn themselves as an open box. No complaints.

In fact this has been the best monitor I have ever had and I have had some big name and much pricier monitors. Gaming performance is solid. Refresh rates are consistant. Color and contrast is sharp and accurate. HDR is solid. Brightness could blind you.

If you have any questions I'd be glad to answer them.

The "wrong way" is the "right way" unless you feel like re-rolling the whole roll. God forbid you leave the lid up and they feed it to the toilet.

The problem is all politicians live in a top down economy. They see GDP and employment rates go up and think things are great. They don't see the bottom up reality. Sure my wife and I are both employed but our pay is stagnant and our costs keep going up.

Granted Democrats seem to be trying to fix some of that but it's slow going.

It was the supporting cast that even gave that movie a chance at being funny. Mathew Broderick, Rip Torn and Patrick Warburton did a lot of heavy lifting.
