I would love to have this feature, which is available in the official Lemmy webUI, where the title of a website is fetched automatically after pasting the url in the URL field (see attached image).

Thanks to the developers for the great Lemmy App!

Same problem here, same language settings. Commenting via Lemmy web client works as I can choose a language.

Mache ich ähnlich. Nur dass ich mittlerweile, anstatt Google, wieder meinen lokalen RSS-Client nutze. Und da mich Werbung auch nervt, dann fürs lokale eher Feeds der ÖR. DLF ist da tatsächlich ziemlich vielseitig. Und fürs Internationale BBC Word News.

If you think Goleo can't be topped as a German mascot... Here’s a voting for #euro2024 with one name better than the other. I’m for Bärnheart. 😶 (endless wordplays - here: is pronounced as the German name Bernhard, but includes „Bär“ - German for „bear“ - and the English „heart“.)
