Thanks for the link. I was more interested in the original article here that focused on what exactly was revealed.

I'm skeptical with the fact that non-human made artifacts and entire crafts were recovered, especially since no one except extremely secret organizations currently have these materials.

The fact that a well respected member of the intelligence community backed by other well respected members has come out with these statements does raise eyebrows.

With all that said, the debrief does seem like a credible source of information, and I'm curious to see what this evolves into if other active members of the intelligence community continue to whistleblow on alleged illegal activity.

Do you have some sources? Every time I've tried to look into it, I get garbage articles and no real information.

The most important part of the news:

  • Lastly, these interesting conduction pathways only form when the copper atom percolates into the less likely location in the crystal lattice, or the 'higher energy' binding site. This means the material would be difficult to synthesize since only a small fraction of crystal gets its copper in just the right location.

I'm still pretty skeptical, but I guess we'll see how the actual reproductions perform.

This may be an unpopular option since I've already seen it across lemmy, but the ____porn communities. I'd like to browse pictures of nice landscapes or exotic cars without worry about someone around me noticing "PORN" on my screen.

At this point it seems very old internet, something that made sense when those communities were established, but now is unnecessary gratuitous and not socially acceptable.
