Update 2.1 for the game and the DLC is the ultimate edition. So if you are on the new patch you have the same content.

Die meisten reden sich aber damit raus, dass ihr Alkoholkonsum ja nicht so schlimm ist, weil alkoholisches Getränk X ja diese und jene Vorteile haben und sie ja nicht das "Schlimme" trinken.
