I grew up lower middle class or more likely upper lower class, my parents both worked and owned a house but it was tough to make ends meet when they were getting older and my dad couldn't move as easily because of injuries.

I still grew up with parents that were home from work everyday, good food, lights, heat and internet were never cut off. I couldn't do what my parents did for me. I have a great job, my partner is much better educated has the opportunity to get much more important jobs and we earn more than 135k a year but it would be impossible to raise kids, even just one as well as my parents raised me and my sister.

Why would I want to raise a child in a worse environment than I grew up in? I can see why immigrants come in and have a family. Their next generation will likely have a far better life in Canada than in their home countries. I welcome others to have a better life here than back in their home countries and have kids here.

No, there is not. There is some video of him in the costume but not doing the actual drug deal. There were two cops listening live and tracked him down pretty quickly. To this day he won't talk about it at all. While the other two hosts will kind of giggle about it. They won't outright talk about it, mostly it is mentioned about how much trouble they got in, along with how many other times they got suspended for a few days for doing other bits that went too far in their boss's eyes.

They did it as a comedy bit. It was funny, they did it also to show how ridiculously easy it was to buy drugs in the downtown Eastside when even a guy being so blatant and showy could get heroin in less than 10 mins.

Here in Vancouver, Canada many years ago one of the morning show hosts dressed in a beaver suit with a big sign asking to buy heroin and went down to the east side and bought heroin live on air, then got handcuffed for buying drugs on air at 7 in the morning.

They went on a "totally planned vacation for a few days" after that incident.

That new hole was just waiting to be opened up, unfortunately it will need more help being repeatedly opened in the future. His new friends likely will help him.

I mean it's Hallmark, is anything really of consequence?

Can he breathe?

I did like it but found I would add chocolate powder or maple syrup once a day to break the monotony. I was having it for 3 of 4 meals a day.

A few drops of real vanilla extract can make Soylent a bit more palatable if you have a problem with the taste. I haven't had it for a few years though. I spent a year and a bit mostly just having Soylent and Pho but now I'm back to cooking meals and eating keto.

Took me 13 hours to drive from Vancouver to Canmore Alberta, 13 hours to drive from Canmore to Kenora Ontario, 13 hours to drive from Kenora to Saults Saint Marie, and 7 more to get to Toronto.

Managed to cut it down to 18 hours straight to get the hell out of Ontario.

I guess the democratically elected former Israeli PM Ehud Barak saying it means nothing then?

Just a reminder. Israel knew about the tunnel system under al-Shifa hospital because they built it themselves. Their own former prime Minister admitted that they built the tunnels when being interviewed by Christiane Amanpour.
