Some of the "AI" features have been found to be rebrands of the Pixel features - even down to having the same Google terms of service.

iirc it used to get it through a reverse engineering of the McDonald's app api. Not sure about now tho

I don't think post is talking about Web Environment Integrity. I instead think that it's talking about Manifest v3 as the Chrome web store now blocks Manifest v2 extensions from being submitted - with support expected to be removed from Chrome in 2024.

 

The favicon.svg found in lemmy-ui and joinlemmy-site and lemmy.svg found in joinlemmy-site is used on Wikimedia Commons (Wikipedia) as CC-BY-SA 4.0, but the only license that I've found in the aforementioned repositories is the AGPL. The SVG itself contains links pointing towards CC...

Could I have some clarification about the licensing status of the lemmy logo? And preferably, could there be some sort of lemmy-assets repo that contains relevant lemmy assets relicensed under the GFDL and/or Creative Commons?
