Almost everything being hyped in this year's CitizenCON has been hyped in previous years, often under slightly different naming.

After 15 years of development, Caves of Qud 1.0 will be releasing on December 5th 2024 on Steam, itchio and GoG.

Caves of Qud is a retro-style roguelike RPG set in a weird, post-apocalyptic world. It got loads of customization, random environments, and a mix of sci-fi and fantasy elements for massive replayability.

The entire gimmick grosses me it, it truly does.

If Twitch is so fucking great, if the rich narcissist assholes making this face on it are that amazing, why are there so many obnoxious in-game ads in games like Warframe and the like that don't even bother featuring such dubious content but just say "get a free in game item if you open wide and take in this incoming slop spray!"

This is one of the first songs I heard from Someone, twas not long before I'd go on to accrue a collection of favorite songs, which I will post in the future.

In this first tape of evidence, a representative from Data East compares seven characters from Fighter's History to ones that Capcom says Data East infringed upon from Street Fighter II.

Holy hell, Doc is in 65% of ranked console matches??!? I hope they nerf his ability to heal himself because he’s a fan favorite of spawn-peekers who are the polar opposite of team-players. Alternatively, get rid of his SMG and give him shotgun options only (spicy take, I know)

Ballistic shields are FOR SURE losing their Oryx-like knockdown ability in S4. Maybe make the shields more resilient against melee attacks, and maybe change shield melee to interrupt whatever the receiving player is doing (shooting, reloading, vaulting, etc)

I’m so excited about this Iana buff. Her drone should be better than normal drones but it has never felt that way. Really looking forward to this change

Jackal and Kali changes are both positives but I doubt they’ll make a big difference.

Mozzie’s change is interesting. I think it would be better if he got a 4th pest but only if it was progressively generated, like Lesion’s mines or Dokk’s logic bombs. But also, why give him impacts after taking away his trademark Super Shorty??!?!?

I’m a Zero main, through-and-through. I am extremely aroused right now.

I cannot wait to hear about the Blackbeard rework.

It honestly makes me uncomfortable when people (usually men) dress up every female character in the most lewd and risqué outfit they can find.

I’d see the same shit in SWTOR all the time with guys with their self-insert characters parading around their waifu companions in slave girl outfits.

I'm playing through battlefront 2 (original) and this shit had me laughing out loud.

Fun game but the campaign is a little bit.. not great lol. Maybe altogether not as fun as I remembered. Worth noting that the Stream version had a glitch that made it unplayable for me (attempting to switch classes at a command post lead to a blank screen after selecting). So I had to switch to PS2 emulator which plays smoother and lets me use my controller anyway.
