The thing is that a lot of libs would probably support privatization of the postal system. I’ve heard them respond to its privatization with “oh. Well that’s not a problem because Amazon can easily do everything they do”
Fuuuuck. Just reading that pulled me from one coast to the other and for a moment I feel surrounded by smug techbro fucks all over again. They're the same ones that said they'd be pleased if the public libraries all went away because le Amazon is like a library but better.
Lol I heard this from Upstate New York liberals. The type who act like cosmopolitan New Yorkers while living in their gated cul-de-sacs.
I guess I should be glad I don't live too close to the east coast's version of Napa Valley cave dwellers.
