Includes fruitful comparisons with the response to anticolonial rebellions of ages past.

The way this absolute creep uses the deaths of Palestinians to monologue about her insipid book regarding people mixing her up with someone else on Twitter makes me want to throw up. FUCK LIBERAL ZIONISM.

Yeah her book Shock Therapy was pretty good but the new doppelganger book is pretty cringe ngl

Yeah she kinda sucks she already got blasted over her whole October 7th pearl clutching. I have a soft spot for a lot of Occupy Wall Street people don't get me wrong. David Graeber actually really got me into a lot of the stuff I read now with debt.

I sometimes seriously think she's some kind of fed like Zak Cope who uses quite intelligent and well-researched work to segue into recouping radical political theory to attack US rivals, but with the way she plugs her book she's probably just some kind of un-self aware low empathy self-obsessed type person. Israel is part of her identity and seeing Hamas infringe on her fantasies of a kinder, gentler apartheid state hurts her deeply.

I will look up some of her writing about october 7th. Here's a piece she wrote on October 11th so we'll see: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/oct/11/why-are-some-of-the-left-celebrating-the-killings-of-israeli-jews

Naomi Klein is on the board of JVP and supports BDS. Yes, she's a liberal, but she's not a Zionist

I haven't read anything by her lately. Did she change her mind?
