Dylan sold out long long time ago or likely just a lib plant. Dude didn't have a single song or opinion about Vietnam war while his girlfriend at the time Joan Baez went to marches and got arrested multiple times. She even went to Vietnam to help American soldiers defect and escape the war. Dude didn't have a single song or opinion about Afghanistan or Iraq. Joan Baez marched and protested every war the US went into. She went to Occupy Wall St. She sang for Catalan independence.

Joan Baez even wrote "To Bobby" in her 1972 album "Come from the shadows" asking Bob Dylan to return to activism. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6NqoaW2fzY

Also she's also the better singer and guitar player. When was the last time Bob Dylan was on an anti-war concert?

She's cool. She has a moment of lapse when she endorsed Obama'08, the only politician she ever endorsed, but then she said she's pretty disappointed with him.

"In some ways I'm disappointed, but in some ways it was silly to expect more. If he had taken his brilliance, his eloquence, his toughness and not run for office he could have led a movement. Once he got in the Oval Office he couldn't do anything."

She has a bit of soft-lib in her (e.g., she likes Michael Moore), and certainly is not a red blooded comrade. But she's still pretty cool in her 60 years history of activism and standing up for justice.
