Is it just me or do Chinese people get the same flavor of racism from crackers that “DA JOOZ” do?

Yes, the same goes for Russians (when it comes to libs) and Muslims (when it comes to Hinduvatas, Zionists, Christian chauvinists (even when nominally atheist)).

Can someone ELI5 why?

The race mythologies that propagate in colonial/neo-colonial societies always have roughly similar forms because they always occupy similar niches. The colonial contradictions across different societies are very similar to one another.

This is similar to how Marxist theory is roughly the same regardless of the nations involved because the contradiction between the bourgeoisie and proletariat has many transnational characteristics.

In this specific case, you have 2 nations (modern Chinese and early 20th century Jews) who have been on the receiving end of colonialism but have nonetheless become very rich very quickly. Well, the upper strata of these nations became very rich very quickly, and very visibly. This causes a lot of anxiety amongst those who benefit from colonialism. If these nations are allowed to become too rich and powerful, the material basis of colonialism will collapse. They thus concoct conspiracy theories about their opponents, who are racially (or "culturally") inferior, but managed to become powerful because of their scheming. These "dangerous elements" are aiming to overturn the natural order of the world. Or so goes the racist logic.
