The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

You can brigade and down vote while in line to vote. I feel like people always assume the person they don't like online is putting way more effort into being online than they are when really it's just someone on their phone while pooping arguing with someone else who's on their phone while pooping.
