Also surprised Ukraine didn't ABSTAIN(maybe?). They must be feeling pretty betrayed by the US at this point.

Ukraine, Venezuela, and Afghanistan are all blank which doesn't really make sense, as I would assume that anything other than a vote in favour or against counts as an abstention?

I know Ukraine abstained from the last one.

Blank means they had no representatives for the vote. Venezuela because they can't access the US-based UN facilities. Probably the same for Afghanistan. Idk about Ukraine.
